The ladies at Bridge of Life envision a ministry that is firmly committed as individuals and as a group to develop a greater relationship to our Lord and His ways. We are committed to developing a responsive spirit that cultivates respect, a teachable spirit, and sensitivity to the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of others.
Ladies of Life believe that Grace and Peace can be ours in abundance through the knowledge of God and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord
WHAT IS LADIES OF LIFE? Ladies of Life is a group designed to provide a time of fellowship and spiritual growth for women of all ages.
WHERE DOES THE GROUP MEET? Ladies of Life meets at Bridge of Life Community Church. (See our map for directions).
WHEN DOES THE GROUP MEET? Ladies of Lifemeets one Sunday night each month depending on the schedule of other events. You can call 910-655-4904 to find out when the next meeting will be or check our calendar.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT? Expect to be blessed! Ladies of Life is designed to provide a time of fellowship with other ladies of BOLCC. It is an opportunity for women to share life experiences together. The average group ranges from 15-30 in attendance. Refreshments are provided as well as a time of bible study. Dress is casual.
Gwen Bullard, Pastor's wife & Leader, Ladies of Life:
Gwen is the wife of Pastor Jerome. Saved at the age of 12, she began working with youth at 16 and continues that work today. After graduating from high school, she married Jerome and they started a family. She remained a stay at home mom until their youngest son was in middle school. Gwen then began college and became a Registered Nurse. For 5 years she worked in the area of Oncology and received certification in Oncology. Gwen worked with Hospice for 6 years as a liaison and currently does the same type of work for a private company. Gwen has been instrumental in helping Jerome plant and establish a new church. She is the Ladies of Life leader at BOLCC. She desires to see the women of BOLCC reach a new level of intimacy with God. Gwen wants everyone to know that Christ came that we might have life and have it more abundantly.
